Very dissapointing visit! Bought a family deal which consisted of 60 tokens and a meal deal but on arrival found that the tokens could only be used in very outdated rides that look like they should have been taken out of service 20years ago, and the tokens could not be used on the machines/games, would never visit again unless it got a serious makeover and new rides

Run down amusements. Lots of machines were out of order, others simply turned off. In need of paint and ceiling work. Restaurant closed. Very unwelcoming.

Would like to give three stars because the kids had a brilliant time, but we went on a Saturday and the was hardly any staff around, any time the kids wanted to go on a ride we had to walk around looking for people, and then wait because they couldn't leave whatever ride they were running. And all but one of the ride staff were not at all helpful or friendly. Loads of the machines weren't working or were turned off. The 3D motion theatre was amazing. The kids play area staff were brilliant apart from one guy that we over heard openly complaining about the kids at a party he was hosting. Bowling was fun but the screens on the lanes don't work with is mostly just irritating and unprofessional. The place was kind of dirty. You can definitely have a good day, just don't expect the staff to help you out with that. Take two adults so you don't have drag the kids around looking for people to run the rides.
