Got my suits for my wedding. Every suit was a perfect fit and looked wonderful on my wedding day. Great value also as we hired 5 suits and bought my husbands suit. Highly recommend

Sean and I decided to get our wedding suits from formally suits in Killarney as we thought they were a reputable business.
We rented 3 suits and bought Sean's suit.
Of the 4 suits that we ordered 3 of them were incorrect, waistcoats too big, jackets too small, some labelled incorrectly, some with no labels at all. Allot of the suit parts were altered so the sizes were not as labelled. After a few trips up and down to Killarney the problem still wasn't rectified. I rang Alan the day before the wedding and outlined that if the suits weren't all correct this time that he would have to travel to meet us half way the morning of he wedding with a replacement suit. Alan assured me that he would do this if needed. The father of the bride suit came back, waistcoat 2 sizes too big, jacket was also too big and the shirt was too small.
So on the morning of the wedding I was ringing formally yours shop in Killarney from 9- 11 and nobody answered over the 2 hour period.
We paid a fortune for this 'service' which was a stress from beginning to end. I would very much advise any couples who are considering dealing with Alan and his business to steer clear. I was extremely disappointed on the day of my wedding because of this.

Terrible service. My partner and i visited this shop to hire suit for our bridal party we walked in to 2 people lounging on the sofas we were unsure was 1 a customer or not but with zero acknowledgement they continued their conversation as they got up from there seats and carried on talking as they walking away. We waited for another few minutes until it became abundantly clear they have no intention of even acknowledging our presence in the shop. It has it to the rudest shopkeeper/employee(s) I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with (or at least trying to deal with)
