  Expensive compared to the competition. Exchange policy very poor. Was slightly over the month and they refused an exchange.

  I needed some alex and ani for my wife but didnt know what to get, the staff were very helpful and I also managed to finally get a 'his and hers' claddagh ring set. I am still thrilled to have a real Fallers claddagh at last!

  Fallers Opticians - I broke the arm of my Specsavers glasses. Specsavers were absolutely useless and could not repair them. Instead they tried to charged me for a new frame.
  
  Thankfully, the lovely staff at Fallers were able to bore a new whole in the frame and replace the arm hinge, making my glasses good as new! And all for a reasonable price of €10.
