Enterprise Ireland is the Government agency in Ireland, not a VAN or CAR hire company. Do not post reviews about vehicle rentals here. Search for Enterprise Cars instead to do so.

Terrible service! I would not recommend at all. We were given a car with a warning light on. We ended up having to drive all the way back from where we were. From the time we switched vehicles to another and left items went instantly missing. The manager and reps were awful. I would never use them again.

booked a car with budget and found out they wanted 1500€ deposit and i couldn't use my wife's card so i called enterprise help line after cancelling budget. checked regarding costs and cards ,deposit was assured it was ok so booked on line turned up at Dublin airport branch and handed over my card for payment and deposit. was told because it wasn't a credit card i was unable to hire the card because it is an airport branch and only take credit cards. asked could i pick up from swords the assistant checked and said i could used my debit card if i had proof of employment. as i am retired i was unable to hire the car. i went to AVIS two doors down boom car no problem. still waiting for enterprise to refund my 100€. AVIS from now on. i only ever used enterprise there add on tv is utter pants.
