What a beautiful park. Gorgeous trees, well laid out paths, a playground for little kids, a coffee shop and ice cream parlour for the grown ups and a fab bandstand with some cannons from the Crimean War. I loved my walk around this park. 10/10 Waterford City Council 👍👏

The lack of lights at night can make it either unsafe or a class spot depending on how you want to spend a night. I would watch out in certain areas though for heroin users or similar but as a rule if you leave them alone they'll leave you too

Nice park to visit. Underrated roses and bandstand feature. Fountain is never on. Lovely mature trees. There's a playground for the kinder and a skateboard park for the rambunctious. Lovely little lodge at the main entrance.

Always busy. And not well maintained by the council at all. It definitely shows that we need more parks in the city centre it gets a phenomenal amount of use

Not just my two energetic kids, aged 11 and 8 love this park, I regularly visit to walk the perimeter Well kept and plenty to do and see, Inc a skatepark. Plus lovely cafe What's not to like?
