  I’ve been training for 4 years at the Educogym. Feeling stronger than I ever have and that is due to the personal training that you just don’t get anywhere else. I would highly recommended. Tara and all the team will be delighted to welcome you.

  I am about to complete my first five weeks of training at educogym, Galway and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience.
  
  From the moment I walked into the gym, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, who immediately made me feel at ease.
  My trainers are amazing, and they took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness goals.
  
  One of the things I love most about educogym was the focus on strength training. I was a little intimidated by lifting weights as I am carrying one or two old injuries but my trainers made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the gym. I know I am very much at the start of my journey but already I am seeing amazing results in just five weeks, and I can't wait to see what the next few months hold.
  
  The gym itself is well equipped and clean and I always feel safe and comfortable during my workouts, and the atmosphere is always positive and motivating.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend educogym to any woman looking to start their fitness journey or to the next level. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, the workouts are challenging yet achievable in just 20 minutes and the results are truly heartening. Thank you, educogym, for helping to structure the time, nutrition and motivation to start getting back to fitness!

  I've been going for over 6 mths and have definitely noticed a positive change in my body. My muscle % have increased and my fat % has decreased. I'm much stronger than I was. It's expensive but I feel it's worth it. I wouldn't have achieved this by myself.

  What I really enjoy about Educogym in comparison to other gyms I've gone to is that there is always a trainer there motivating us making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly to avoid injuries!
  All the trainers are lovely and give great tips to spur you on 😊
