Horrible experience! Total neglect with the apartments / houses, all the appliances, furniture are old, I went into 3 Eazy Cork houses and on the 3 the sofas were open, dirty and stained, they looked like they got the couches in a dump! On the bathroom door was a huge hole that had been capped with a piece of wood nailed over the door (Even with the high profit they are unable to buy a new door). We found on the first day in the kitchen a pan full of mould inside. And the company does not care about customer dissatisfaction because what I heard from people complaining about the company, bad feedback was not a few
The price charged is infinitely higher than the service that is offered!response / report this review -

I just have good memories when I think about EazyCity.
My overall experience in Cork was positive since the beginning.
I felt immediately welcome in this beautiful land as this was my first experience abroad in an important moment of my life. The apartment where I stayed was absolutely comfortable and fully equipped. The sharing experience is something that everyone should do once in their life. Thanks to this opportunity I met so many people from different parts of the world and I was able to improve my level of English. I've also discovered one of my best passions: cooking. :-)
The staff was always super friendly and available when needed.
The services offered by EazyCity are unique:
it not only offers accommodations but it is also a point of contact for any kind of information. It provides assistance to find a job or a good English course, an Internship or an Au-pair experience: in a nusthell you can really count on them! Strongly recommended!

Friendly and approachable, but I did not find them helpful. Needed urgent accommodation cause we were moving cities and waiting to move to our new house. Found what they offered sooooooooo freaking expensive (advance pay, deposit, tax and office fee. All added up to over €600 for a fortnight, which equals a month's rent in some places. Just no). Don't know what the problem was. Hope other people will have a better experience.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I was put in a house in Sunview Terrace in Cork City and I would not recommend it to anyone. The filth I was subjected to was unbelievable. The room I was given was a small room with brown stains on the carpet, and it stank to high heaven of chemical cleaner. The smell made me ill and gave me headaches. I could only endure the smell for 30 mins before I moved outside to sleep in my car. The bathroom had black mould growing on the walls, the bath mat outside the shower which I assume was originally white is now a grey black colour. To top it off there was a used plaster stuck on the floor beside it. The place is filthy and by far one of the worst places I have ever been subjected to, and mind you I have used a lot of portaloo's in my time. At least the portaloo's provide toilet roll. In the living room there was a stack of empty beer cans over the fireplace towered up like a centre piece. The small 22" flat screen TV was held in place with an empty beer can. In what world is it right to charge someone to stay in a place like this? The place is so bad it should be reported to an environmental agency.response / report this review -
