  Declan is the best vet I have come across. Not only is he kind and caring with an almost magical way with animals, transforming our semi feral cat, that sent another supposed cat specialist for medical treatment due to a long scratch on her arm (lol) into a toy kitten with his expert touch, but he is also very conscious and accommodating towards the cost of treatment. He came out specially out of hour times to treat two of our pets. A breath of fresh air from vets who have transformed into sales operatives pushing expensive and often unnecessary procedures and products on to you. Can't recommend him highly enough.
