Long tail backs and very slow at rush hour. Toll roads are meant to be faster than other routes. No longer fit for purpose.

I think the Men and Women that work on the toll have to deal with many customers frustrated with the delays in traffic due to either the morning or even rush plus events on at the 3arena, equipment have not been updated to deal with today's technology ie swipe cards etc

This can be a nightmare at busy times when 3 lanes merge into 1 going from southside to northside.

Usually OK in the other direction.

Bridge is useful to avoid city center and drive to airport. However going through this area is often more than 30 minutes at rush hour. Really too much for the distance

I asked for chips and a double cheeseburger, thought, this must be really good on account of all the people queueing. Paid at the cash counter, then was waiting for food at the next window, other customers were beepin and wouldn't let me wait. I think this is taking the idea of fast food a bit too far.

I pay this toll twice a day and it just brings you into a bottle neck. This bridge is paid for why are still paying for it??
