We had a great time staying in the Trawler! Brendan and everyone else were very accommodating and helpful. They truly care about sharing the beauty, history, and importance of the area with their guests. Our only regret was not staying longer, and will have to return in the future!

Well what can i say about one of the best campsites I've stayed in , during my circumnavigation cycle tour of Ireland, and I've stayed at 39 of them!! ..You just can't spend just one night here. Brendan was more than welcoming , and Sarah with such great Irish hospitality i just had to stay 2 nights Such a brilliant place to stay.Thank you

Great stay. Brendan and staff are very accommodating to all: a room, tent, or bed. Loved the ambiance. Good feel. Lots of history in the buildings as well as on them. Watch for the fairies. Lots of stories in Ireland and these are yet another. Loved it. Read your book "On a Wing and a Prayer". Fantastic read. Well done!What an incredible Country and that was no more evident than through Brendan's eyes. Thanks Brendan. Btw- my wife, son and I booked through Grenville, my cousin.

Corcreggan Mill Lodge B&B formerly a hostel has been upgraded and now offers very nice rooms with a great atmosphere in the perfect setting.
We stayed 3 nights and found it very restful.
We will be back without doubt.- I am looking forward to staying in the new GLAMPING site with a Tepee, Luxury Bell Tents & the Captains Trawler

Tried to book this campsite via pitch up. Although it said no availability, when I phoned site direct there were spaces. When I enquired about price, I was advised 10 euro per person. I explained this was very expensive, there are seven in the family. She then said 2 of the younger children could go for 5 euro each. I asked if she realised how expensive this was in comparison with other sites and particularly the UK. Don't complain when people don't holiday in Ireland, personally I'm going to Co Down instead, yes it is the UK, yes my money is leaking out of the economy, But I am camping so I need good value, and I cannot get that at Corcreggan Mill

Corcreggan Mill Hostel is a truly unique place to stay. Surrounded by the gorgeous views, the hostel offers quite a bit of accommodation options. From camping to private apartments. THe prices are really adequate. Breakfast is included with some of the accommodation types. We have been here two times and the experience is unforgettable. Hostel's owner - Brendan Rohan - is a unique person of his own. Always cheerful and full of interesting stories. If you're in for a good walk around Dunfanaghy (and further away). He's the man to ask for advice (and a handy map/guide).
