Had a round of golf in November. Very cold and the course had suffered from the weather a bit. Lovely golf course overall I'll have to visit in the summer. Good in the clubhouse was excellent.

We are just back from another brilliant 3 days golfing in dundrum and all I can say is were looked exceptionally well by all the staff, the food was excellent (too much steak) ,we knew the hotel part was closed but that did not make any difference as we had the houses to stay in and they are huge and clean towels daily, we are a group of 29 males and we hope to be back for a 4th time soon.

We stayed for a week at the end of August 2016 in one of the 3 bed self-catering houses. Atmosphere around was great and the house had most necessary amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and all en-suite.

Some areas in the house were a bit dusty and the rug in our living room had an awful damp smell - but housekeeping were quick to remove it after we complained.

One thing to note is that when the fire alarm goes off in any one of the houses or apartments, it also affects all the housesso if your alarm goes off and you can't find a reason, don't panic!

We were given impromptu golf lessons by the lovely Seamus and well looked after by the lady in the golf reception.

Steak dinner at the restaurant was lovely, so was the pizza, my kids weren't mad about the pasta dish, but loved the cheesecake - apparently it was one of the best!

NOTE that the Main Hotel is currently closed for renovations but restaurant & leisure club (which is free for all guest) are open.

Also, mobile coverage is very poor, so you might need to walk around the grounds to find a good spot for that important call.
