  Vinicius, one of the DVC staff members is a hero and a saint. After having lost my phone, I was unable to find an internet or print shop that could print out my boarding pass to travel back to NL. I was getting a little stressed out about it, but Vinicius stayed calm and graceful while helping me check in to my flight and print my boarding pass. Mind you, this is not a normal service they provide, just an act of generosity helped by the fact that it wasn't too busy in their shop. Thanks again!

  Wasted two of our five mornings in Ireland trying to get on a tour we paid for while they kept spots for unpaid reservations. Staff never told us we needed to do anything but show up when we called in and never said after that we could have done anything differently.
  
  Staff had miscounted the tally of people on the bus vs the reservations list while we were standing there and could not figure it out even until the bus departed.
  
  Bottom Line: use a different company for your tour booking if you don't want to drive/travel into the center of Dublin for iffy service quality and a significant waste of time on your vacation.

  Trev and Darius took us on the Newgrange and Tara Hill Tour.
  Trev is a very knowledable and witty guide and the Captains driving down very tight lanes was to be admired.
  Thoroughly well wirth the experience.

  We booked a tour to Newgrange through Viator. We were told to arrive 20 minutes before the 8:45 departure. When we arrived the office was closed and we had to stand out in the rain waiting for it to open. The Viator website stated that we could use either a printed or electronic voucher at this location. The desk clerk insisted that we were wrong and they only accept printed vouchers. We had to scramble to get the electronic voucher sent to them so they could print it. We will be avoiding this Visitor Centre in the future if at all possible.

  By far the best tour! We went to Wicklow Mountains and Eoin, our driver and guide was just fabulous. Beautiful country and Eoin's engaging story telling and historical knowledge made this tour really grand!

  The visitor center is a huge help for all tourists in Dublin. The staff is well informed about everything and really kind, they happy to help you out. They provide brochures about every kind of programmes in Dublin, day trips and they sell the best value city sightseeing hop on-hop off package in the city (red bus).

  Went here this evening and there was no manager in site. A bunch of teenagers standing around chatting with each other playing grab ass and seemed generally annoyed by the presence of anyone seeking help. I was actually told I could call the number on the brochure. Really? I am pretty sure your Irish phone plan can not make overseas calls, then neither can mine. I inquired about a tour, the girl made a call, told me while still on the phone that they did not have any openings while still on the phone and then basically pretended I wasn't there. This place needs some help with management and attitude adjustment.

  During our visit in Dublin we were looking for a German-speaking guided tour. Cian from the Dublin Visitor centre helped us to organize it, he was competent, very friendly and patient with us :-), it was a real pleasure working with him
