Richard was extremely professional and had the job completed finished within 24 hours of initial contact.

If you're thinking of restoring your floor I highly recommend this company We contacted Richard to see if he could help restoring the floor in our Victorian house. He came over the same day, looked at floor, gave us a quote and showed photos of what colour we could choose and said they could do it in one day a week after. We thought it was too good to be true but Richard and his team showed up in time, helped us move the few furniture that was left to move and was done within the day. Not even that, they had exact the varnish colour that we wanted but couldn't find anywhere and the cost that he quoted was also the final one (so used to cost creep).

Richard was recommended by people on my estate's Facebook page as "The best". Our floor was covered in scratches and quite badly worn down so we called Richard. Now it looks better than new. 5 stars.

We were absolutely thrilled with the stellar service from Richard. At very short notice I requested that the entire ground floor of my house be sanded and varnished and within a day or two we had a quite and a sample patch done and also all of the varnishing options explained to us. Richard and his team did a magnificent job sanding and polishing up our very battered floorboards that were worn from our Dogs nails and years of use. The floors used to be a browny/orange tint and now they look like brand new floors.
Richard arrived early, set up very quickly and had the entire ground floor (3 large rooms and a hallway) done before 3.00pm. The place was left in perfect condition and we couldn’t have been happier with the end product. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and above all else service with a smile from Richard!response / report this review -

Richard and Dylan sanded and varnished the original floors of our house shortly after we moved in. The whole process was fast, professional and mess free. We are delighted with the final result. Would highly recommend!

Thrilled with our floors. Richard and Dylan did such a great job and have given them a whole new lease of life. Our floors were badly marked in places and an ugly shade of orangey yellow. They're now beautifully smooth and a completely new light shade blending in with our furniture etc so much better. Would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Dublin Floor Sanding.
