I had issues with my old PVC windows and contacted D’best windows for advice. Nothing was a problem for them and both problems were sorted out rapidly. I had to order a small item and the website was charging €7.50 but Teresa actually refunded me €3.50 without me asking because it could be posted. This company is a breath of fresh air and brilliant to deal with.

I’ve broken my window handle and I texted them by WhatsApp and they answered really fast. So I’ve sent few pictures of my broken one and my window and Teresa (staff) was replying me trying to figure out what I need. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I need, but she helped me how I could find. She is really helpful and I would recommend their service. Thanks Teresa
