Bought our stove from ComfortLine Stoves and Fireplaces. The guys at ComfortLine made the whole process so easy. On the first meeting the salesman was so helpful he went though all the options we had showed us all the stoves and surrounds and explained everything we needed to know about each stove. We were also encouraged to try out the stoves to see which suited our perfect preference of handles etc. We then got a consultation on our chimney to see if what we had picked would suit our home. This was done so quickly the lads called out to our home as soon as they could which was real quick. On the day of installing the lads were so professional there attention to detail is exceptional. They fixed some old problems that we had with our chimney and it was done to the highest of standards. Once the stove was fitted we were giving so much info on how best to use our stove the lads talked though how to use the damper etc. They spent so much time to do this with us and did not rush anything. We are so so happy with our new stove it is beautiful. We have also spoken with them afterwards about a new purchase and they have been so so helpful. I would highly recommend ComfortLine stoves.
All of the process also took place during Covid 19 and all guidelines were fully followed and we felt so safe throughout.

Brilliant and professional service provided, I was provided with fantastic advice when trying to decide on a stove. It was installed on the date that was agreed and everything was done to a very high standard. I had some follow up queries and the advice and after sales service was top class. I will have to purchase another stove later this year and I will be 100% come back here as they are great to work with.

Professional craftsmen of the highest standard - I was so impressed with the ComfortLine team on their advice & installation of a stove, that I didn't hesitate to buy and install a 2nd stove when I had the chance. On both projects they worked to find the best, the safest & most cost effective solution to result in a perfectly heated home. Highly recommended!
