Nice food and friendly waiters. The variety of dishes they offer is quite large and from what I can tell it is all freshly prepared which can lead to a bit of a wait between courses.

We were put at a table right beside the kitchen even though there was only one other family in there. When finished our main courses we were waiting 20mins for a desert menu so eventually we just asked for the bill

My partner and I went to Donatello's for a meal recently and I have to say the service was excellent. The waiter was so helpful and friendly, which really made a difference.
There was a slight issue with some chicken wings we ordered, as they were a little on the cool side, but once we informed the waiter, they were whisked off to the kitchen and came back perfect!
For mains, I had spaghetti bolognese which was beautiful, and my partner had a calzone, also gorgeous!
