I love this hotel. We often go to Dingle for our holidays and have stayed here on occasion. My family visited here for lunch in the bar, the food was absolutely beautiful but what made it extra special was the service. I have a son with autism and eating out can be stressful to say the least. One particular server Tess made our experience very relaxed, she was so engaging and friendly with our son which put us at ease. We dined her a few times on our trip because of her. Definitely be back.

We have stayed in Benners on many occasions in the past and have always considered it one of our special places to stay. However, this time round I would have to say that our stay of 5 nights was only average. The hotel is littered with young inexperienced staff and although they are polite, they have obviously not received very much formal training. This comes across in their demeanour and their table service for example.
Room service was barely adequate with half made beds and we actually found a pair of shorts from the previous room occupant under the end of the super king size bed!!
Unfortunately we feel that we probably will not return there and currently would not recommend it.

Wonderful traditional ambiance with welcoming staff. We were disappointed with the food. It was not bad, but neither was it spectacular. It was just OK. Great place for chips and a pint in a quiet laid back atmosphere, but you might do better elsewhere for dinner.

Went in for lunch on Wednesday. The staff were so polite and friendly. The bar is beautifully kept and the menu is reasonable. The chowder is delicious and it's presentation was exquisite for bar food at lunch time.

Beautiful and quaint hotel in the heat of dingle. Staff and service were wonderful, hotel was always kept neat and clean. Loved it and would stay again for sure.

Dingle's oldest hotel, it is a charming place and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay again.
