Beautiful beach, but very cold and windy. Walk on the sand and nearby grassy hills. Do not swim.
Very nice beach, lot of space. Good to enjoy the sun !
Marvellous beach - just off main Ring of Kerry road near Caherdaniel. Mix of sandy and rocky areas - outlying rocks divide it into a four sections. Gently sloping and relatively enclosed.
Great long beaches. When the tide is out it's a really long stretch of beach with beautiful sandy and rocks. There are lifeguards. At the end stretch there are watersports schools and a ruined abbey with a graveyard. Near the other end is the historical home if Daniel O'Connell and it's beautiful grounds. There's a cafe and shop at the house.
Excellent beach, stunning scenery, easy place to loose a few hours
Head to the western end for 12th century ruins on Abbey island. Overnight parking prohibited in main carpark, not so at westerly car park!
Nice place. Need your visits . . . .
This beach is stunning. Was here with sunshine luckily and although the water was freezing it looked tropical. Good toilet facilities and car park area (fairly small though)
Gorgeous beach! We were the only ones there. Absolutely beautiful.
