  I booked a tour with Deros Tour company in Killarney and was so surprised at how professional they were . We went on the Ring of Kerry and the scenery was amazing and the driver Denis was top class,. I would recommend doing this tour it was a highlight for me and great memories.

  Went on a tour to Dingle with this bus company. Ray was our driver. He was excellent. Shared a lot of local knowledge and dropped us back to our campsite. Would highly recommend. They even let our small dog on board.

  Absolute brilliant tours and customer service. Took all 3 tours offered by Deros and couldn't have been happier. My favourite was the Ring of Kerry, our driver/guide was excellent and very knowledgable. Lots of stops and very clear explanation of our surroundings. The time at each stop was very generous and the driver offered us plenty of photo opportunities throughout. All the staff at their shop were very helpful and accommodating. Value for money was incredible. 5/5 would definitely come back again.

  5 star all the way. Only way to enjoy the Ring of Kerry and be relaxed. Our driver Ray Furlong made the day . His knowledge of the Ring is extensive and his dialogue will keep you amused all day.I'm sure all the drivers are good it's worth it to ask if you can be on Ray's bus.

  A group of friends (38 in total) thoroughly enjoyed our day out on the Dingle Peninsular tour today. Ray, our excellent driver and guide, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Ireland, it's people and places. His humour was brilliant, with anecdotes and the odd local tale and also a few jokes thrown in. At times he had us all in stitches. Thanks from us all.

  The Driver/Guide was very nice but the price was very high (27€) because we have not booked online. It was a huge Coach and you was not allowd to choose a seat (we had one in front of the curtains). But the worst thing was that we were forced to stay at coffee Shops and rip off restaurants. Even the sheep dog show costs 5€ but the did not tell you before the Tour about this stop. I can absolutely not recommend this Tour and this destroyed the whole day.

  The driver was alright but I got motion sick on the ride so at the first stop (approx 30 min in) We took a taxi back. The lady at Deros wouldn't let us have a refund nor book another trip for the next day with anything but €10 discount. Also depending on where you book the prices vary..we were told €27 then found othersome paid €25 but we booked online for €20. The lady also wouldn't allow us to pay with credit card then 30 min later she let another person pay with credit card. These are 2 very strong examples of what kind of people you'll deal with sadly.

  Beautiful scenery on the Ring of Kerry tour, with humorous insights and history to keep us entertained the whole trip, Ray the tour guide was awesome! I fully recommend this tour.

  Horrible experience. Booked online in advance. Was informed by the company that it was advisable to check in the day before and make payment to avoid the queues in the morning. However, when we stopped by in the afternoon the day before we were told that it was not possible to pay then and that we should come back in the morning before the tour. So we did and arrived 40 minutes early to find a queue all the way down the street. Even though we had booked online in advance we had to queue with people who had not booked. When we finally reached the cashier, they only accepted cash, no credit cards (which we were not informed of beforehand). And which professional companies do not accept credit or debit cards today? We rushed to withdraw cash, got in the back of the line and got the last two spots on the bus. 8-10 people after us did not get on the bus even though they had queued, arrived early and possible also booked in advance. The situation was very chaotic and the company representatives clearly had lost all control. Further to that, the people working at the office in the morning (not the same as we had met in the afternoon the day before) were extremely arrogant and unhelpful.
  
  We're seasoned travelers and have been on plenty bus tours around the world but have never experienced anything like this.
  
  The tours in itself was very touristy, involved several "forced" visits to cafes, shops and restaurants.
  
  Neither the tour not the company, Deros, can be recommended. Choose one of the many other tour operators in Killarney.
