  I rang to arrange appointment for quotation previous day and was told to just call in . Today my mother and myself called in . There was a male employee at the desk, he didn't address us until we explained we were told to call in he responded by telling us to "just look around" . After looking through show room which had very nice products we waited at the desk for 15 min while same man ignored us. I asked if someone was around to give us a quote in which he replied "a kitchen isn't built in a day " and seemed quite agitated with us. Eventually he came to us and asked what we wanted explaining what we wanted and giving him measurements I showed him a previous kitchen plan we had got from woodies explain what we wanted different. He rudely continued to smirk at us and basically told us that he would be giving us the same kitchen and said it would be around €4000-€5000 but didn't attempt an actual quote for us , he didn't show us anything, give us any choices or even attempt to make out a plan for us. He was extremely rude. My mother liked on of the kitchens on show but he just ignored my comment about it. He told us our kitchen was too small and the couldn't make up space if it's not there so to just agree with the kitchen from woodies. He then just stopped speaking so we decided to leave I told him I felt he didn't want to help us in which he replied "okay". We left embarrassed, and extremely dissappointed by the treatment we received. In leaving I stopped to ask one of the labours if that man in the showroom was the owner in which he informed me he was not,I explained the treatment we received he was nice but said there was nothing he could do.
  
  I would not reccommend visiting this premises when this employee is on duty.
  I cannot speak for the rest of the services because obviously we didn't get that far but the showroom was nice it's just a shame of the treatment we received.

  Brendan and Sinead were fantastic! Brendan did an incredible job utilizing the space I had to give me my dream kitchen. Sinead was organized and attentive. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. The quality of the work was second to none.

  Inaccessible kitchens upstairs so my mum (the purchaser) couldn't see the kitchen she really wanted, I had to make a video of it.

  went into the showroom today. It's lovely. However nobody came near us to ask if we needed any help. we were there for over half an hour. so we were not impressed
