Very central location for surrounding tourist location. But our room was placed above a wedding..finished at 2.00am. Then rooms next door slammed doors and talked until 6.00am. No sleep both nights. Ask for a room in the other building on the other side of the car park. Otherwise do not go here. Try hotel close to Newgrange, but book early.

A nice guest house above a pub in a quiet country village. Lots of attractions around and ideal location, weather you want to go north or south. Rooms tidy and hosts friendly.. thanks to them for our stay..

Lovely Pub accommodation and food .Even a room with Balcony if you can get it , (Mich)elline at Breaky is lovely. Just don't take walking tips from her haha.

The glasses are not cleaned properly. I don't appreciate paying almost €5 for a pint of beer in a dirty glass. They should invest in a dish washer as it's probably against health and safety to be serving dirty glasses.
Very unfriendly staff too, make you feel like you shouldn't be there and they are doing you a big favour by serving you. I'll be spending my money elsewhere in future.
A few bad experiences there is enough, dirty glasses every time I went.response / report this review -

The cajun chicken wrap the best ive had in living memory. Young brunette lady working there was so child friendly and nice. Great pint of coors as well. Il be back.

Terrible experience trying to stay here. We prepaid for a room but due to flight delays we did not arrive until very late. Upon calling the after hours number we were told we would not be let into our room. At 2 am they refused to let us check in and sent us away. I had to sleep in my car! We fought with them for 2 days trying to get our money back for a room which we tried to stay in but were refused. Staff gave us at least three different stories about the owner (some claimed he'd be in soon, others told us he was on holiday in Spain). It was a disaster and I'm certain whoever answered the phone at 2 am was simply too lazy to come let us in since they shut off all the interior lights immediately following our call. Ridiculous! Rude! Unfriendly!

We are heading back for New Year loved it last year staff were great and helpful,for the prices its fantastic especially for this time of year,paid treble this amount for a dump in Glasgow,great value for what you are paying roll on next weekend
