  Ordered a skip for delivery and was told the arrival window would be between 8 am and 6 pm on Friday. Called the office at 5.30 pm to confirm that the skip was arriving but the office workers couldn't tell me when it would arrive or even if I was on the schedule for the day. I was told I'd get a call back from head office before the end of the day and haven't received follow through. Still no idea when the skip will arrive and I have to reschedule workers to do the job.
  
  Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.

  I would not recommend this company for skip hire i have a skip outside my door since the 7th October. I have rung them several times and told it was marked urgent!!Rang again this morning was told that the skip hire line was busy and they would ring back .I rang again at 4.55 was tpld they are waiting for a pick up date .Not good service 5 weeks in

  had 3 skips recently while clearing out a house , all skips arrived when they said they would be there , found the drivers helpful and friendly and no arguments when collecting well filled skips .Will use again in the future.

  There seems to be a disconnect between the guys delivering the skips and the ladies taking the orders. Additionally when I missed a call and called back, the other lady seemed to have no idea about any of my details despite them being able to call me mere moments ago indicating there is no shared system for bookings.
  
  Mentioned initially there would be a delay then that I would have the skip for a week. While delivered on the day they mentioned it was very late into the day and when calling to ask where the skip was at 4pm, was told only then that it can be anywhere up until 6pm. This should have been mentioned during booking. The skip was then picked up a day late with no apology for the lateness.
  
  All in all, not a great experience and would lead me to not recommend this company to friends and family.
