Pretty much the worst customer service I have come across. Went there in 2015 looking to buy a car..maybe new maybe second hand. Went into the salesman's office. He seemed very uninterested in talking to me so much so he answered the phone 4 times while talking to me..he spent more time on the phone than talking to me. I asked about a car and he pointed me in the direction of it and no more..

So I went the opposite direction and gave my 43K to a garage in Athlone

Got my car serviced 2 years in a row here. Last year they talked me into getting new brake pads and my car only had 36000km on it no way would they be gone but I listened and brought the break pads and got my own mechanic to put them in and he told me they weren't gone they have another few years driving on them but he put in the new ones anyway. This year I go back to coltons same craic again after the service they say break pads and break discs gone and cappliars I was like to the guy behind the desk how can they be gone I put in new break pads last year and as for the discs they got taken off and cleaned up last year and this is when I only have 48000km on the car. It took them nearly 5 hours to service the car thats a ridiculous length most places are an hour an half. asked the guy in service if there all these problems wrong how come you can't fix them during service and I'd pay the cost of it. They don't have the parts in stock like a ford garage doesn't have these parts in stock there one of the main tear and Wear parts that's popular to go in cars. And they were gonna charge me 100 for labour and nearly 400 for parts. And I'd have to come back another day. Got my own mechanic to look at the car and he said nothing wrong with her break pads and break discs and cappliars. My mechanic said cause I'm a women they be scarying me into spending more money. Definitely wouldn't recommend them and definitely wouldn't be using them again next year

I was same with Ford tried to buy a car there told them we were interested in the car told me he'd ring me back with figures. Never rang me back I was a month ringing him trying to get somewhere fobbed me off every time never rang me once in the month we were trying to purchase the car finally rang him after a month of ringing to see what was happening told us it was ready and went to see the car and the things weren't done to it that he said would have been,it was still the same, he had no interest dealing with us prob because we weren't spending 20,000. I'd ring his phone he'd hang up on me,reception said he'd ring me back NEVER did once and left me on the phone to chat someone else. Such a horrible experience with Ford everyone I chatted did warn me though.Lesson learned don't waste your time here.

Terrible Mazda service, beware! First I called to book a repair of a broken boot lock which is a common problem on Mazda's 6. I came in, they took a car and told me they will call me within an hour. So far so good I was looking forward to a quick professional service.
But, an hour later no call back so I came back for an update. I was told that the lock was broken and needs to be replaced (!?), which I told them in the first place and asked them to fix it.
OK so can you fix now, as I have booked this specific repair in advance, traveled good bit for this and taken a day off?
    No don't have parts.
    OK so when and much?
Don't know will give you call in next few days Now it will be €30!
For what?? Telling me what I already knew, and told them when I booked service over the phone, and again when handing over the car for repair? Thanks.
When I got home I have noticed dirty marks from oily boots on the back of the seats as someone was trying to get in to the boot from back seats, dirty floor mats marked with engine oil, and generally it was obvious that they didn't bother to use gloves, protective covers on seat or anything else to protect the interior like every professional garage would!
In a day or two I received a phone call with a quote €400 for lock plus around €100 for labour! 😮
I was very disappointed with whole experience and certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..
