  Michael & his team at City Property Services were extremely helpful! As four international students studying in Galway, it was quite tough for us to find reasonable accommodation until we reached out to their team. Michael was extremely responsive and helped us secure an excellent location. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I have been renting through City Property Services for over 2 years. Having dealt with other agencies through the years I can definitely say that this company is by far the best, especially at rectifying any issues that may arise in the apartment.

  My dealings with City Property Services (especially Sinéad) as a tenant were overwhelmingly positive. I found them to be a professional agency who swiftly responded to and acted on any issues reported to them with complete transparency. I felt quite fortunate to have them as my agency in Galway City, a city with a reputation for some unsavoury property managers.

  Putting the word "professional" in your slogan does not make you professional. Would be better to say 'Cowboys"! Stay away from this shower of time wasters. Even the 'MD' only gave himself 4 stars! (edit: 'MD' has removed his 4-star self-review, and 3 new '5 star' reviews appear within a couple of weeks of each other? Transparent attempt to increase the overall rating, and a perfect indicator of how these people operate - cheating!.)

  I have dealt with this company for 8 years when i was a student and living in Galway. They are definitely professional no nonsense operators and they have always been fair with me. Things got fixed and issues get sorted. Highly recommended to good landlords and good tenants! JH
