  When I decided to put my house on the market I was daunted by the enormity of the process and all the horror stories you hear. I was disheartened by the estimates I was getting, from other auctioneers. I was recommended to call Michelle, that she may be able to help.
  She is very upfront and will give you honest and really helpful feedback on how she will work with you.
  I was impressed but I wanted to see the results.
  I got the house "show ready" with great advice from Michelle. She took amazing photos and immediately my house was ready for selling. She made it that easy.
  The result were astonishing really. Not only did I get the price I wanted but it was agreed in less than a week!!!!
