Your misleading price labels causing embarrassment at checkout. Your refusal to refund my purchase that's not faulty is a breach of my consumer rights. Consumer are entitled to have their funds refunded back to their card, you're taking hostage of your customers by offering store credit so that they can return to where they don't to want to shop.

Was in Choice in Drogheda, looking for a Christmas tree stand, Couldn't get one as they are only sold with the tree, but Suzie went above and beyond, took my number and brought in a spare stand that she had at home, I tried it in the base, fitted perfectly. This is not the first time that Suzie and the Drogheda team have gone above and beyond, love going to this shop

went shopping for a new suitcase this morning, in the store in drogheda m1 retail park there were none on the shop floor understandably so i asked one of the staff if they stock luggage. A very friendly young guy assisted me and said that there were some in the stock room and that he would be happy to get it for me. unfortunatly i didnt get his name. He was super helpful and was very pleasant at all times. What a credit to this store for having such pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. certainly made my shopping experience for this time of the year more pleasant.
I go shopping here often and have always only experienced good customer service.response / report this review
