I made a purchase online, Alan got in touch after the order and was excellent. Slight issue with the courier but Alan picked up the phone and made things right. You can tell this shop cares about it’s customers which is often a rare find these days. Thanks again.

This review is a bit differentwe didn't actually buy anything here. We were on holiday from the USA and we were trying to find a spot on Lough Gill that my fiance's father took a photo from over 20 ago. We drove into Sligo hoping to find 'someone' to help. I saw the bike shop and thought "a biker will know! They know everything about local terrain" We talked to a gentleman that was super helpful and tried his hardest to help out. Ultimately we never did find the location but regardless, the kindness and effort didn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much and good luck in the future! Your friends from the States.

P.S. We did try Dooney Rockwasn't it. :(

Excellent costumer service. All of my concerns and questions were answered and fixed. I recommend this shop not just nation wide but internationally. I am from Canada and yet the owner managed to help me with everything. If you have more questions, the owner will be there to help you and give you knowledge. Thank you so much to Stephen! Hopefully one day when i get a chance to go to ireland, i can pay this shop a visit. 👍👍👍

Stephen saved us after our bikes (both classic tourers) developed fiddly, dangerous faults halfway through a 120km day's ride. He was immediately reassuring, sensing we were worried about being stranded with no transport and large amounts of luggage, and set to work straightaway. He replaced my headset bearings and fixed my friend's caliper brakes in the space of an hour and charged a very reasonable fee. The other bike shop in the town didn't even have a mechanic.

Best bike shop in sligo. Really nice staff, great customer service and competitive pricing. When you need something fixed right, this is the place to be.
