  Sean made an approximate offer on the car by phone days before coming, so I knew what to expect. He came on the day agreed, notified me that he was running late. We discussed the car; any issues, servicing history, reasons for selling etc. Took it for a drive round the estate. We negotiated the price, which was within the range Sean offered prior to arrival. We completed the paperwork and Sean paid the cash as agreed. Professional, courteous, fair and just the service I was looking for. Thank you
