Unbelievable, never experienced anything like it, unable to talk to anyone. 3 registered letters sent and email complaints and still no call or response from them.

Joke of a company, good luck trying to contact customer service, its almost an impossible quest trying to reach the cancellation department.

Terrible customer service. We are without landline,burglar alarm or Wi-Fi and we can't get through to anyone by any means. Would not recommend.
