Excellent to deal with! We almost didn't call due to the poor rating but we were stuck (and on looking at the poor reviews, they all seem to be related to one incident). Absolutely no complaints here and thanks again!

Bouncy castle is top class but I was shocked to see it being collected early on the evening of the day it was ordered for a Christening whilst children were still playing on it . Lads collecting it were very unsympathetic and didn't care that one little girl was crying as they took it away, it was her christening. Enough said. This castle was booked for 1st August for collection Monday morning
