Paid €108 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a lady at her place of work. €100 for the flowers, €8 for the delivery. I did not see the flowers until 2 days before Christmas. I also couldn’t believe how small the bouquet was. I purchased a bouquet from Aldi the same day, far superior to the bouquet from Bretts. Thought you had to fall asleep outside heuston station to get robbed this much.Will never ever use this florist again.

I live in New Delhi, India. I ordered Flower, Chocolates, Greeting Card and Teddy Bear. Everything got deliver in Naas, Co. Kildare on time. The great thing is they don't deliver on Sunday but I requested them to deliver on Sunday. So nice and fresh, Specially on Valentines Day and guess what they did on Valentines Day. I am impressed and I really Appreciated it! It was wonderful experience, when you are so far and apart and still get managed to do some small things with help of this kind of Services. I ordered flowers for a friend who lives in the area. I saw a lovely bouquet on the website and asked for it specifically. While I understand that it may not be possible to have all the flowers in a certain bouquet I was disappointed that the guy who was taking the order didn't know very much about what was on the website. My friend was delighted with her flowers when they arrived but they were completely different to what I had ordered. It is a pity and I would not recommend this florist in the future as a result.
