I would not rate this place for service at all. I recently got my engagement ring from here and I have to be fair and say the quality of the final ring was excellentit just took a huge amount of perseverance to get there.
The initial consultation felt very rushed (i'd say took less than 90seconds, no exaggeration).
We had to go back 4 times to have the ring re-sized (he blamed me for having 'weird' fingers) and the final time tried to charge us for their error. The lady who works behind the counter is one of the most ignorant people I have encountered in Dublin - she doesn't smile, no eye contact and is just not pleasant.
We would have been returning for wedding bands, but certainly won't be.response / report this review
