Carraig Mor 20kW Freestanding Boiler stove is excellent and I highly recommend this company.

We have the carriag mor stove at home. Excellent stove, heats the house well and looks good. I very happy to be supporting a quality made product in Ireland.

I ordered a part for my stove 2 weeks ago.i called the local heat merchants today and they told me it had been ordered. The guy in the Heat merchants told me he had tried to speak to somebody as to where the order had gone. He also said he had an appointment with one of the sales reps but he hasn't turned up either I think that says it all

Really surprised to see a poor review about such a focused and successful company.
Boru are a growing organisation and they are producing first class products that are hand built by dedicated local staff - not mass produced cast iron stoves that are produced by cheap labour. The only thing that I have found to be cast iron with Boru is the cast iron guarantee of quality and support for Irish jobs and other companies.

Ordered a stove through one of their distributors on the 24th October, and was advised 3 - 4 weeks. 7 weeks later and I may get int next week !!! Obviously cancelled the order. This company are exporting to the UK and at the Ploughing Championships trying to attract more business when they can't cope with the orders they already have. I could have picked a Polish made stove in stock and had it fitted 3 days later, but wanted to support Irish jobs and industry, but is it any wonder people don't buy Irish when this is the type of service you can expect.
