Good Mexican restaurant. Perfect for business lunch and snacks. Wouldn't say it's the best place for a romantic date because the place is usually crowded and loud. Also the staff sometimes can't hear your order because the music is louder than their voices.
High quality, fast, tasty, food. There's always a queue but worth the wait. Good student discounts
The overall chain offers one of the better burritos in Dublin. Good selection, good prices. This particular location needs some maintenance though. Fryer wasn’t working so no tortilla chips (a staple food item in Tex mex) and could not get into the toilet bc of a janky lock.
It's a nice, cozy place ,but quite crammed at times. Very good food( especially if you're a fan of spicy food) and it worth the price( very big portions)
Generally a big fan of Boojum, frequenting Abbey Street and Kevin Street branches regularly. Made the mistake of coming here today. Staff pleasant, but only once we were seated, did we realise that the place was swarming in flies, which explained the member of staff walking round cleaning everything continuously. Just look at my photos of the flies that were resting on the ceiling. Invest in a fly killer boojum, and give the place a deep clean. My friend and I couldn't finish our food at the thought of where those flies had got.
Great food but the queue is always long. They need to get faster at serving and learn from the Belfast restaurants where the queue moves much faster
Second best burrito in Dublin in my opinion. Absolutely delicious. This is the original Boojum shop and is also the nicest.
Hands down best burritos in Dublin. Always fresh & packed full. My only small issue is as they don't toast the burritos that they can go cold quick as the salsa / sourcream etc chills the mix quickly. Don't delay when eating!
Food is fresh and very tasty. Great selection. All prepared in front of you, so you can see everything.
Would go there again!
A place with a buzz. I've encountered people talking hysterically about it. Being understated - sometimes a queue, but I've missed it at non peak hours. It's just got it's own vibe of yeah we do this and we deliver this. A can do confidence. The food tastes great and if desired - spicy enough to satisfy most sane to borderline sane people I imagine. Scored a place in my heart tbh
Very quick service and tasty. Plus Corona to refresh. For a simple bite, no better place.
This is the second Boojum in Dublin I have been to. The gentleman was happy to make me a vegan burrito and prepared the area and changed his gloves etc. always appreciated! My burrito was apparently tastier than my husband's meaty one which he found bland. I had 2 types of beans and additional jallepinos which were needed as the hot salsa was v mild. The open plan nature means junky beggars so we felt on edge but that's not their fault. Staff were friendly and toilets were pretty clean.
Does anybody need to say anything about Boojum? Other than try it, you'll love it. Fast efficient service.
This guys are so magical. They can make an enchilada be exactlly the same as a burrito.
This is no Mexican food. This is a gastronomic fraud and people love it because it's fast and people these days can't live without instant gratification. Go to a proper Mexican restaurant instead. This is as bad as a McDonald's and terribly overpriced. Think McFly, think!
The original and best branch in my opinion. The staff are excellent, very friendly and extremely efficient (I don't know how they handle the lunchtime rush!). Highly knowledgeable about food allergies/allergens and do their utmost to prevent cross contamination. Some people liken it to Ireland's answer to Chipotle - in my opinion it doesn't even compare to the Chipotle I've been in (Paris) - so much nicer, it's on its own level. Highly recommend to anyone that likes burritos and Mexican food, and especially to all the vegetarians and vegans (make sure to mention if you're vegan when you order, and they will clean down to make sure no cross contamination of your order)
