Very nice hotel and extremely friendly staff. Would certainly visit this hotel again in the future. The beds were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Centrally located so that a car is not needed once you are checked in.

Badly in need of updating. This was our 4th stop on a tour of Ireland and the most expensive and the worst. We were supposedly given a deluxe room, I would hate to see the standard. The toilet was positioned such that had to sit at an angle. The bathroom corners and bath had evidently had issues as they had tried to repair it with beading and silicon the outcome of which was terrible. Although we do not rely on the complimentary toiletries there was a better more meaningful selection at the B&B the previous night. I know you do expect hot water out of the hot tap but should not be so hot that there is a danger of being scalded. There was no in-room guide showing facilities of hotel, time of breakfasts etc. We were advised the best route to the room but this was tortuous, exit back of hotel into car park, enter lift, press 3 for room starting with 2. Exit the lift, trek through the myriad of corridors, down stairs and finally arrive at room. If take lift from front house press button 2, yay, trek through the myriad of corridors and finally arrive at room. Being in my 60s and travelled all over the world this hotel definitely ranks amongst those of the worst.

Comfortable room and excellent location. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms towards the back. Staff are very friendly. Parking tends to fill up but lots of public parking nearby.

Staff is super helpful and informative about the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Minutes from the National Park. The attached pub was lively and fun.

The Hotel is centrally located and less than ten minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean, as was the restroom. As long as one remembers that it a three star hotel, there is no need to be too critical. I found the whole experience very pleasant and the staff were exceptional, helpful, friendly and genuinely willing to do their best to make you enjoy your stay. I look forward to going there again soon.
