  My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience in Bespoke Diamonds.
  
  Martin was knowledgeable, clear, practical and helpful - it really made it a pleasure for us. It was such a contrast to what we experienced elsewhere. Added benefit of having the work completed in house here to suit our own special requests.

  My fiancée and I got her engagement ring from bespoke diamonds. Our primary contact was Martin, but we also interacted with 2 other people during our visits. The process, the people we interacted with the final outcome (the ring!) were all excellent. I'd encourage anyone to consider Bespoke while shopping around.

  I met with Martin in February of 2019, he was so helpful and knowledgeable which made choosing the perfect engagement ring that much easier, once we chose our date to get married there was no other place other than Bespoke Diamonds! This time we were looked after by Belinda who was equally as knowledgeable and patient, the service is so efficient that we didn't have long to wait to collect the ring. Everyone at Bespoke Diamonds couldn't be more helpful and amazing and we are so impressed with the quality of service and of course the rings, thanks again Bespoke Diamonds for making it special.

  Having heard first hand, the great reviews about Martin, we made the big decision to travel to Dublin to commission Martin to make our ring.
  We wanted a statement piece, something we knew we would treasure till the end of our day's and pass on as an heirloom and by God we over the moon with joy when we finally got it.
  
  Martin himself is one of kind, top of his game in his field. Even the tiniest detail wasn't overlooked. Martin's social competence and his knowledge able and eloquent way of putting things is far more that your typical 'jewellers'. Martin involved us through the whole process, no stone was left unturned, he guided us like a true professional, gave us his honest and helpful expert opinion when we asked for it and in the end came up with the most beautiful ring that was designed by us for us. The whole experience was very personable and memorable and truly unforgettable.
  Martin demonstrates very strong customer understanding, dedication and responsiveness and was a great pleasure to deal with. A huge thank you to Martin for making the whole experience amazing for us and for our beautiful ring. Every couple should go and see Martin if getting and engagement ring, you will be so delighted you did.

  We had the most amazing experience at Bespoke Diamonds. We visited in Nov 21, after my boyfriend had already proposed as we wanted to choose the ring together. I was a bit nervous about ring shopping because I had no idea what I wanted and I’m also quite indecisive. Olivia’s process was so helpful. She wasn’t pushy at all and she slowly whittled it down to my style based on eliminating ones I didn’t like. I tried on quite a few rings, but it didn’t feel overwhelming because she broke it down into small stages. I really liked her style. We went to 4 other shops in Dublin that day and really, our experience at Bespoke was the best. I chose my Bespoke ring that evening, one I had been thinking about all day. I’m still in love with it 5 months later. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back for our wedding rings and can’t wait til they open a branch in Cork!
