Avoid by all means. Supplied engine with broken chain, when contacted promised replacement within 2 days. Week later second engine came in, lubrication system full of tar. Offered me to change oil & pass it onto customer with his 1 month guarantee. When we refused & sent them both engines back still fighting to get refund for dodgy goods. Dropping phone, never available & so on. Probably will end up in court case. Obviosly money means more to him than reputation

AVOID this pair of cowboys! I bought a gearbox from them and asked before I paid if they would refund me for it if it didn't fit, he said yes he would. I rang 12 days later to ask if they would take it back as it wouldn't fit my vehicle and was refused. He hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls after that. He texted me to say that the part was out of warranty and he wouldn't take it back. I am currently in the process of taking him to the small claims court in order to get my money back.
In addition, they are extremely arrogant and rude people to deal with. Absolute chancers!response / report this review -

If there was an option for 0 stars I would select it. Bought an engine and it's slightly outside of their "one month" warranty . absolutely no help at all no offer of parts to repair or replace and bad attitude on the phone now compared to when I was giving them money. Stay away.

These people are nothing but the lowest of eastern european conmem
and that would be paying them a compliment at that. I bought an engine off them they sent out the wrong one they also charged me vat failed to produce a vat invoice. I then returned the engine it nearly failed me to get a full refund. It took 2 months of constant phone calls to get a refund.I had to harass the boss to get it. Please take my advice and just stay away from these crooks. There are plenty of reputable breakers out there. Just a complete waste of time.response / report this review -

They are unable to take parts properly. they will pull the parts away with force and then send them to you. out of two parts I ordered BOTH were damaged. this was not delivery fault due to great packaging and lack of loose, broken pieces. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. NOT RECOMENDED. Customer service is poor, they have no respect to a customer and a week (7 days) is a "long time" to call then about the parts they send. WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND NERVES!!!!

I requested parts from auto euro parts ltd.A fuse box for peugeot complete with housing and was only sent the top cover.I rang to ask about sending me the rest of the fuse box parts and I got no satisfaction I heard the answer if I wanted the rest of the fuse box I would have to pay again.after I had already paid 80e for complete fuse box with housing.I am very disapointed of the service I got and would not recomend anybody to use this scrap yard.
