  Went to return a faulty product..the staff was so helpful on the customer desk..he was very efficient and knowledgeable about the product and had a great attitude to what he was doing and was friendly and respectable

  I was in Argos Letterkenny on Sunday & purchased an item unfortunately i left same behind. I returned yesterday and was met by a very friendly lady who went out of her way to find what i had left behind. I asked her her name and she informed me it was Cathy. I have had previous experience of this lady in Argos and everytime she is so welcoming and helpful i had to mention her. Well done Cathy

  Some products are cheap plastic but there is a good range to choose from. It would pay to spend the few extra euro on a dearer product if you want it to last.

  Reminds me of Service Merchandise, back here in the US. An Efficient way of selling goods. Just find the code for the product you want and wait for it to be pulled and sent to counter for purchase.

  Absolute joke. Reserved an item, spent lunch going to pick it up, told the reservation number is wrong even though I have an email as proof. Go home, ring the local store probably 10 times - the phone is clearly just for show, they never answer it. Ring customer service to complain to be told that that that service isn't 'available in my area' my area being Ireland? Total shower of *****! Never shopping here again.

  It's Argos, they're all mostly the same. No problems with parking, plenty of readily available parking in this retail park.
  Haven't had much dealing with the staff here as it's always been walk in, look up your code, pay for the item a the debit machine, collect and leave.
