Told customer what would make the sale. Rather than offer better option.

Always enjoy visiting when I am on holiday. Took my teenage son to find him an outfit for a night out thinking it would be a lost cause and we would need to travel to Derry. Could not believe the choice of up to date designer brands for men. The young guy who helped us was truly fantastic and was not phased by a hard to please, fussy teenager. My 17 year old daughter seeing what designer brands were on offer in the mens department was disappointed that there was not an equivalent choice in designer brands for younger females. Nice selection for older females. However she enjoyed shopping in the makeup and shoe department. Always a lovely shopping experience with fabulous staff.

Good Department Store. though it's a little disorganised . Parking can be difficult it's popular with the Yanks some tourists. . Good staff can be found therein . Some good value occasionally .

I was in the shop today for 50 mins in the dress department My son is getting married I had quiet a bit of cash to spend and needed help.I seen three assistants busy with three customers trying on clothes.I stood and waited and waited and waited.I know I was sseen..and I stood beside a blue trouser outfit for most of my time in the shop.
I will not be going back there again.
