  Room was nice. Only got 4 stars due to comparing to the other B and B's we stayed at on our trip. Staff seemed rushed and overly busy so we didn't feel comfortable asking questions or interacting. Great to stay if you know what you want to get out of it but may want to look someplace else if you are looking for the classic Irish B and B experience. My wife wanted me to point out that of all the places we stayed (5 others in various locations) this place had the best hair dryer.

  This B&B is in a great location. Although the place looks small from the outside, it is actually really big as it’s connected to another adjacent house. The room we had was really nice and modern looking. From here, there is only a 5 min walk to town, keeping you close to the shops, restaurants, and pubs. The staff is very knowledgeable about various sightseeing locations in Ireland and will help in scheduling certain locations, like Skellig Michael for instance. There is a nice common area to relax in, a computer for online use, free WiFi, and also an on-call nurse in case of emergency. Breakfast in the morning is restaurant-style, where orders are taken once you pull up a seat; this is different from other B&Bs that take your order the night before. I highly recommend the Ardree House if you ever find yourself visiting Killarney.
