Large bouquet delivered it looked lovely but on close inspection the Rose's were not fresh and did not last,but what really annoyed me was the enormous amount of filler which far outnumbered the flower content.Very disappointing.

I adore everything Appassionata creates, from their simple grab & go bouquets to their extravagant displays in the Westbury. Ruth's shop is a treat for the senses! They do these gorgeous trays of flowers for delivery that always get a joyous response.

I am a regular here and I ran to buy a plant I want after work to come at 58 past 5. It would take me less than a minute to buy it and leave for my friends birthday who is in love with plants. I was refused entry. Won't be coming back.

I needed a to order and pick up a bouquet on a very short notice and they were most helpful: I choose one from their online catalogue, asked them to change the main colour from pink to purple and it was ready for payment and collection on the same afternoon.

The flowers were lovely, with a good amount of buds for a long-lasting display. They were nicely arranged and packed in water, as I told them that the bouquet had to survive a dinner out. Plus, they offered me a little blank card for free.
