  I placed my order (student deal) with the girl behind the counter, paid and waited. Around 5 minutes later, two boys walked in who appeared to be friends with the girl at the counter and started a conversation with her. They then placed an order double the size of my own and continued to talk / mess with the girl (discussing drinking and going out in town) - even as she attempted to take phone orders. Around 10 minutes later, I was surprised to see the two boys who had walked in 5 minutes behind me, receive their orders and leave. A few moments later, another staff member asked why I still hadn't received my food and the girl commented that she was "still waiting."
  However, she had been so pre-occupied talking and joking with her two friends that she hadn't noticed that my food was ready and sitting there. Another member of staff then apologised and handed me my food. Usually, I have no issue when ordering food here, but in this case the girl at the counter was completely unprofessional in her role.

  Ordered a pizza online from apache and it was never delivered. Money for the meal 23 euro got taken out of my account. Rang them 5 times to see where it was at 10 o clock and nobody would answer the phone. Got onto a fella the next day who said he would ring me back and never did. Then rang again a woman answered who was so so rude and had absolutely no phone manner did not care about the situation and was very unhelpful I will never be going to apache in ballyvolane again!! Worst service ever

  Disorganised. Grand for delivery but if you order in or order for collection you'll be waiting a while as they are pretty disorganised.
  I was waiting for 20 minutes for a bag of chips and there was only two other people there waiting for a collection.
  They seem to use a first come first served system. So it seem that even if you have a small order a large order in front of you will have to be fully completed before they move on.
  In fairness the cashier, who probably has no control over the process, acknowledged I was waiting and gave me a €5 voucher for my next order.
  
  Update: Went back today to use my voucher. Got home and realised they'd gotten my order wrong and stuff was missing.
