  Sencillo pero limpio, cómodo y muy bien situado. El desayuno lo sirven en la cafetería de al lado y es muy bueno y variado

  Lovely location in Cork with parking on site. We very much appreciated Tim's recommendations, especially to visit Reidy's just 200m down the street for a beverage. The kicker here is the breakfast next door at the Serendipity Cafe offering a menu of your choice included in your stay!

  Disappointing for price paid. Stayed in room number two which was clean but it's located directly above the kitchen - hum of the kitchen fan! I was also unable to close the large bathroom window which is accessible from the flat kitchen roof, the owner apparently did not know it was broken but instantly knew how to fix it - by using a piece of paper to wedge it closed! He said he could not guarantee the security of personal items (but offered to mind them if I was going out). As I has paid in advance using PayPal and all other rooms were booked out I stayed the night (slept with one eye open) and left early next morning.

  Very nice B&B close to both the city centre and the univerr with excellent breakfast in the attached Café Serendipity.
