I phoned in a prescription at 14.45pm. When I called at 15.10pm I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I finally received it at 15.25pm. When I complained I was informed they were busy and I would have had to queue for this length of time in any case. Phoning ahead seems to be of no benefit. A forty minute wait for a standard prescription is unacceptable in my opinion.
