  Rang them a little after 17:00 and I was waiting for about 10-15 on the phone as the "advisors are busy" but in fact drove past it while on the phone and they were closed and not knowing that. Change the answering machine so that ppl will not waste their time.

  Mary in Carlow branch has excellent customer skills, always willing to listen and offer the best advice about insurance. Hard to better AXA in Carlow for customer service.
