sangat memuaskan,resepsionis dan petugas lainnya ramah-ramah,breakfast juga bagus variasi dan rasanya untuk hotel sekelasnya.Harga juga tidak mahal,sesuai dengan yang didapat.worth it banget.ada kolam renang,ade rai gym & spa..ngak ada hotel se kelas ini yang selengkap ini fasilitasnya.pokoknya memuaskan.
lokasi sangat strategis,sejak check in kendaraan nganggur,karena cukup jalan kaki saja.kemana-mana dekat.execellent deh.saya pasti kembali ke hotel ini.

Strategic location but Poor service. There was no standby bell-boy in front of the door.
We must carried out the luggages ourselves. The breakfast also disappointed. Beside the taste which plain, the service also not satisfied.

not a recommended hotel. Please remove 'the Premier' from the hotel names. because what im going to tell is really far from a premier class hotel.

i have request to have a double bed for 3 booked rooms via Archipelago app online booking .
when check in on D day, they inform that only 1 room has double bed & 2 rooms will have twin bed.

i insist to have double bed in 3 rooms even we will be in separate floor, because we have toddlers which can not use twin bed. The front office staff agree. they told me that 1 rooms will be ready in 40 minutes. Actually, it was more than that, but less than 1 hour. finally, we got 2089, 3023, 3029.

When i check the bed in all 3 booked rooms, in 2 rooms (3023 & 3029) - the bed was actually a twin bed, but they set it so it seems like double bed, they even use a double bed sheet. This is really disappointing. i dont know actually whether this is normal in other rooms or not.

Then around 9-10 pm, in room 2089, we can smell something burning, so at night we have to move into another rooms, which means we must packed everything and move it to new rooms.

During check out, the front office staff didnt tell us that the check out has been finished, so we still waiting and ask them first to find it out. Start from check in & check out, we are really disappoint with the service from front office staff.

will not back to this hotel for sure.

Nice stay at the hotel. Good swimming pool for adult and kids.
My husband lost his handphone at the lobby. Manage to find once we make report at the reception. Thank you to the staff who found it. Youve done a great job! Thank you team.

I'm so very happy stay at this hotel, the service is very excellent and perfect for me and the staff are very kindly and friendly, all the ops division like FO, HK, security are excellent service.
The room is so comfort and very confident. I enjoyed stay at this hotel 2 days.. If i came to bandung again.. I will came to this hotel again marvelous. Thanks fave hotel.. Your so great and marvelous.

Report Fave hotel Bandung hotel 2017
Participants: 3 adults, 1 child
2 standard rooms with view on Jl Cihampelas Bandung, rooms 2006 and 2007
Date: 2509 t/m 3009’17
General: in the past, i used several times this Fave hotel at Cihampelas Bandung.

1) Location hotel: strategic in the shopping area from JL Cihampelas, close to “Cihampelas walk”
2) Rooms: AC, TV, Bathroom cold and hot water, towels, slippers, clothes hangers, coffee & tea,
WiFi not working,
3) Housekeeping: rooms, toilets, showers clean (every day tea/coffee, towel, toothbrush)
4) Breakfast room: food scales often topped up too late, dirty dishes often too late cleaned off,
foodrests on the floor
5) Breakfast food: variation Asian , variation eggs on order,
6) Breakfast staff: friendly, polite
7) Frontoffice: very friendly, active and very helpfull
8) Guards: very active helping with luggage, parkingplaces, taxi’s and answering questions, very polite
9) Pick up service airport to hotel: on time with my name at the arrival gate
Dropservice not there, because they started working at 08.00 and we checked out at 05.00.
10) Reservation procedure: very bad
It took 16 mails before everything was correct on paper,
The most of the time, their answers were late and not to the point.
The reservationprocedure must realy change, if the hotel not want to lose his regular customers,

Staff is not helpfull,i call in the morning to check if i can do a early check in and then staff tell me to come,but when i came the staff said that would be an 50% additional charge, why such information was not previously notified,i'm very disappointed.

I stayed with my 3 Months old baby for leisure. I was placed at room 1019, side by side with the meeting room. The music sound that came from meeting room was so loud at night starting from 6pm until 10pm. Asked for change room, but unfortunately all occupied.
Unsatisfied, why the reception gave me this room when she knew that I bring my baby and there will be an event on their meeting room. And why there is no sound proof wall for their meeting room, especially on the wall that side by side with guest room. Please improve this matter.

Sorry but for people who wanted to stay in quiet place, please avoid room 1019 for your own good.

Friendly and helpful staffs, room is not a large but clean and quite comfort. It's unique, coz I never stay in a hotel which has so many rooms at the same floor.
Strategic location, at Cihampelas.
It's recommended, if you only need 1 night stay, and go to some places with walking distance.

Excellent stay.

Overall is ok for a budget hotel but i was expecting for more. Heavy traffic to reach the hotel since it is located at tourist spot so be careful if you are driving your own car. A bit hard to find parking space and smell from bus exhaust who parked at the hotel went into the room a bit since my room is facing the parking space.

No vegetables in breakfast menu. Lift kinda old and not using card anymore to go to a specific floor. Noisy in the morning on the hallway and outside at the parking area as people trying to get to the bus and breakfast early.

This place was okay, a comfortable and a worth place to stay. Staffs were polite and kind to us too and facilities were fine. It's nearby to Cihampelas Walk so we can easily afford to buy things there.

Although the room is okay but its not soundproof. You can hear every single noise from outside. Especially the housekeeping cart. It can wake you up even you're in deep sleep. People talking in the next room. Walking pass through your room. Its kinda annoying especially if you need quietness for rest. The ladies changing room in the pool area doesn't have any shampoo/soap in every containers. The water in the pool not really clear. The breakfast is quite average. But worth to stay.

Lousy service. Check in quite long and the rooms were not ready as promised at 2:00 PM. As we did the reservation, it was clearly stated that tea set and coffee would be provided. It was not there and the guy who served said that it must be requested. What? Give me a break! You promised to provide them under Terms and Condition but then you did not provide. The room is too small and not clean. The hand wash toilet was not smooth and it was already reported twice but no improvement.

Notes: 1.) The people who serve breakfast are nice. They provide excellent service. 2.) Construction underway (25 Dec) in front of hotel, makes it not enjoyable to stay here this time.

Lokasi yang stategis menjadikan hotel ini menjadi salah satu tempat yang selalu dipadati oleh wisatawan, dengan berjalan kaki kita bisa menikmati kawasan cihampelas yang dipenuhi oleh penjual pakaian juga kita bisa mencapai Cihampelas Walk dengan waktu kurang dari 10 menit dgn berjalan kaki.

Budget hotel, proceed a little higher because of its location. Clean enough, with convenient access to a good mall (CiWalk) and public transit. The walls are paper thin, and our room's only window looked out into the hallway, so there was a lot of noise. The shower didn't drain well, either. Add to that the lack of a refrigerator or other simple amenities, and you get a hotel that is just fine, but nothing special.

This is a hotel is excellent and all the staff and respectful when you ask any service such as nuisance from one room Autenziv room or move to another room
There Akhtaemn room service in the understanding of ordering food and lock the phone line any line lock strongly manner and this is a good thing
When the receiver is Ohz stuff Jesse have an impact on the hotel in terms of comfort
