we got super deluxe room no. 506 which is waaaaay out to the back of the hotel, which is good and bad at the same time, the good part is, it's so blissful and quiet, all I can hear is cicadas sound, but bad for those who are lazy 😂

the room is a bit old and full of cracks, the AC not that cool in the hot afternoon, but it's so cool when you're wake up.

other small con that I'm okay that others might not okay with:
    - there's no power outlet beside your bed, only side light switch, the only power outlet in this sleeping area is below the TV.
    - my bathtub pop-up drain stopper is broken.
    - after 10 PM the water in my bathroom will get slower.

overall everything is nice, the service is super nice (you'll get a welcome drink and cold towel once you arrive) and the room service is surprisingly fast, the public area is great enough, and the pool is okay, also this hotel location is great, but please fix your driveway, it's bad for motorcycle.

Generally the hotel is worn down, which is sad, having said that it is still cozy and the staff is friendly.

Today on silence day, we had to stay and thereby eat in, bit sad the restaurant menu is the same lunch and dinner and only serves 6-7 different dishes.

Will not return, will choose otherwise next time.

Spent 2 nights here. One of the best stay in our whole trip. Staff is aligent, humble, experienced. Food has variety, delicious and of almost all kind. Swimming pools were neat and clean water. Rooms were too good. Highly recommended 👌🏻 👍🏻

This resort style is situated on the main and busiest street of Ubud. But once you are past the lobby, you will be cut off from the noise and the crowds. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. Rooms are excellent for the price and so are the facilities.

I got deluxe room with pool view. The room is very spacious and smelled really good. It's jasmine, they said. Sleeping quality is great, only the TV wasn't working well. The breakfast was great too, amd service was impeccable.

Beautiful tranquil gardens. A small swimming pool on each face of the complex (three in total). Rooms spacey but needing maintenance: Our A/C dripped constantly, shower curtain wasn't too stable, no coat hooks in bathroom, satellite TV reception was badPlus points; piping hot shower water, weren't too many guests and had pool to ourselves, staff friendly (shy) but helpful, suitable for young children. Would visit again because of the plus points They really need an experienced hotel manager to improve it from 3 star to 5 star!

Good hotel with big rooms and nice size balconies. The staff is very helpful and will do anything they can to help you with whatever you need. The place is about 20 min to Monkey Forest but there are quite few things around. Close to Yoga Barn and that was a must for my wife. The only downside is the hot water and pressure in the shower. Not enough pressure or heat to have a nice hit shower or even fill the bathtub.

Nice little place, great location in Ubud. You can walk to the market, the restaurants, local attractions, monkey forest and all the temples you may wish to see. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. No local dishes. Just a mish-mash of international breakfast items. Hotel was clean, but could do with a bit of updating. The fish pond is lovely and the pools are great. Don't miss out on the Balinese massage. It is really good and costs peanuts.

Good location, not quite in the center of Ubud but very close. Three smaller pools, and one of them was viewable from our backdoor. They had a taxi pick us up from the airport, which was really convenient and easy. Room is pretty clean.

A nice hotel in Ubud, not 5 star luxury but defiantly good value for money close to a lot of good restaurants and an easy walk into the town centre.

Quiet and chilled retreat with beautiful gardens, buildings and pools. Staff were very welcoming and rushed to help us when our online booking fell through. Only downside we experienced was that the rooms needed redecorating and the shower/bath was outdated.
8/10 and would definitely suggest to friends/family

Small hotel in the heart of Ubud. What makes this place special is the staff who are keen to assist and make your stay more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that begin right outside the front lobby so variety is closeby. Jalan Hanuman and the Monkey forest are only a few minutes walk away, as it the local supermarket.

Wonderfull staff being very polite and helpfull and the good breakfast table is making up for the somewhat tired looking buildings. Lokation is close to town market and all other shops and restaurants. The price is average so all together a good deal.

Great hotel, great people and great experience! We will be back! However complains about the "old" room doesn't really know the the value and the balinise style of the old part of this hotel. If you want modern small room similar to the ome you can find everywhere in the world just stay in Kuta or Legian.
