Friendly staffs, spacious room, free in-room mini bar, all day breakfast, they even gave a free breakfast to go this morning when I had to catch an early morning flight! Good job Ts team!

Best place to stay when you visit surabaya city. Placed in the corner of the town and connecting to the mall also. that provides you kind choices of food tenant. Free late c.o till 5 pm. What a hip hotel ❤

Perfect for business trips. The location of the hotel at the Surabaya is just perfect. Cinema, bars, restaurants, supermarket everything you need is in walking distance. The use of the Gold Gym next door is free of charge. I will certainly book all my future trips to Surabaya at this hotel

A pretty good 4-star hotel in Surabaya. A plus side of staying here would be its location, as it's located next to the Sutos Shopping Mall.

One of the best 4-star hotel in terms of room. Room is spacious and have a free minibar as well. Breakfast serving is apparently not that good.
