  Hello, as of November 2020, JHT claims are required to go through online queues and periodic pensions which can be accessed via the BPJSTK Queue web or the BPJSTKU application then fill in data and upload documents either JPEG files or PDF format on the web page. After that the officer will confirm via Email, phone / Whatsapp the participant. thank you

  The service was NOT CLEAR, . 3 days in a row "chasing people came at 06" 00, arrived at the location at 05 "30 it turns out you saw the queue was full of 10 people, while there were only 4 people there.
  Are there other elements, the delivery is very RUDE, please improve the service
