Well known for Bika Ambon. Overall it tastes so-so. It also sells other product like coffee and local snacks.

Very good cake with different tastes. Do not buy other items especially the marquisa and such concentrated juices. Much higher price compared to local supermarket.

Nice and helpfull service..there's not just "bika ambon"..there are many variant of "oleh-oleh khas Medan"..like "ikan teri", "syrup markisa""manisan jambu" and morethe airport/travel-wrapping is very nice and for free.

This Bika Ambon is one of the specific culinary cake in Medan. To be honest, I don't really like Bika Ambon but I can assure you that this store is the most famous Bika Ambon shop in Medan. This is the first store (which also been renovated) they have, the second one is located around 500 meters from this store. Zulaikha got her game since they are acclaimed as the first labelled halal Bika Ambon. This conducts as a guarantee for people (especially Moslem) to buy since Bika Ambon are usually made from fermented ingredients. Bika they also sell other cake, cookies and more coffee and sweets for souvenirs. Plus Both of the stores are usually always crowded​.

This is the second shop of Zulaikha after the first one at the small one the end of the street. Besides Bika Ambon they also sell lapis legit and other traditional cakes. They got their famous since they are the first acclaimed halal Bika Ambon in Medan.

"Bika Ambon" is part of Medan's culinary scene - visitors would buy this to bring home as souvenirs. If you are in a hurry, just buy one at the airport - the place is overrated as it is inconvenient to visit, it's in a tiny and crowded street, parking is scarce - service is fast and there is a packing table which is helpful.

Tgl 13 juli 2016 jam 3 sore sy beli buat oleh2 2 kotak yg utuh 4 kotak yg setengah2, membeli dgn perjuangan antri dan sempet habis saat antri dan akhirnya dpt tp hrs nunggu 15 menit krn baru matang,tp hanya original tdk ada yg rasa lainnya, tp pikir kami sdhlah wlpn hanya original, Alhamdulillah msh rezeki kami dpt membawa kue kesukaan kami sbg buah tangan buat sahabat2 kami & anak buah tp sungguh sedih sampai di rmh bika ambon tdk spt yg kami harapkan rasanya kecut luar biasa bukan krn basi tp rasanya spt ketumpahan perasa jeruk Sungguh malu krn setiap sahabat yg kami berikan merasakan yg sama bika ambon kecut semoga ini bukan kemunduran buat bika ambon yg bgt di terkenal dan ini bs mjd bhn masukan bukan buat menjatuhkan tp bs menjadi ke hati2an buat bika ambon yg sdh punya nama ini
